I have been getting at least 9 threatening calls a day on my cell phone and work phone with a guy with a accent and a attitude saying I have legal issues about something with cash advance. I admit I applied for something, but never received any money, I also asked this mean guy to confirm my soc. sec. number and he had it wrong, but new my name and where my bank was. What to do in this case.

These people won't stop calling. What do I do?

I keep getting call s from this person, I dont know who they are, or where they are from , but im from arkansas, and this is definately not an arkansas number. I called it back because they left me no message. When i called them back , it went straight to their voicemail, and they were singing " 867530niiyinne" repeatedly. How stupid!

It's an automated system that tells you are getting a FINAL NOTICE call about lowering your Interest rates on your Credit Cards and you can connect to someone, but, when you say ANYTHING about you wanting your name removed, you get a hang up. My fiance chose the option of connecting to an agent and was hung up on. Literally a slam down hang up. I called the number back and the "mailbox" was full, but today I got the call again and called back and got a nasty girl that answered "Would you like to lower your interest rates today?" I said "I don't have any credit cards" and I got a slam down hang up as well. And of course the "voicemail" is picking up again when I tried to call back.

The call came from the Gold Clinic at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital on Fort Campbell.

"asset systems", "assset management systems", "asset recovery systems" it's supposedly a collection agency "jaeda" called and left me a message unknown number on my cell only problem is i don't have anything in collections! but they seem to think i do, they got ahold of my dad somehow (his information is NOT tied to anything of mine other than we live at the same address). possible scam?

I receive calls from this number 5 - 10 times a week for the last several months. No message is left if I do not answer, there is no response if I try to answer. If this is some kind of billing scam, or trying to place a virus on my phone, I need help blocking the call. AT&T offers a blocked number service, but I do not want to pay for an extra service just to stam nuisance calls from one number.

They called 5 days during the past week. I called back to an auto prompt to have my number placed on a "do not call" list. I think I just confirmed for them that mine is a working number. Can these people be stopped ? Underdog ?
